Welcome to the AP2 Upgrade Team Yearbook page. To help ensure the success of your implementation of Application Pack 2 (AP2), Blackboard has formed the "AP2 Upgrade Team." This cross-functional group includes experienced and helpful solutions engineers, technical support managers and product experts. As you’re preparing to upgrade, this team will answer your questions about AP2, explain the resources available to you and, if we can’t answer a question, we’ll find you the person who can.

We want to give you the resources you need to be successful. The AP2 Upgrade Team will hold Webinars, maintain a FAQ, blog, collaborate with you in a wiki and hold regular office hours to answer your questions through a live chat.

Amanda Nadolsky – Escalation Manager (West) Location: Washington, DC Before Bb, Amanda worked in IT for government contractors. Now she interacts with several clients and helps the Dr. C’s on the tough questions they get. For fun, Amanda likes to play Bejeweled and loves to gossip about celebrities.	Phil Chatterton – Sr. Solutions Engineer (West) Location: Vancouver, Canada A e-Learning guru since 1998 when he started at WebCT, Phil has worked with several customers over the years. In his spare time, he’s working on his own MA in Education and Technology. Other than that, he likes inline skating and swimming.
Trina King – TSM (East) Location: Washington, DC Trina has worn many hats, whether its trouble-shooting support issues, training or working in IT. A true lover of music, Trina was a DJ in college and still DJs at clubs now.	Matt Davis – Sr. Solutions Engineer (East) Location: Northville, Michigan Matt’s been with WebCT since 2003 and being a true people person, he enjoys talking with customers. A true math-a-lete at heart, he’s a big fan of bio-mechanics and nano-technology.
Derek Jones – Solutions Engineer (EMEA) Location: Norwich, England A veteran of WebCT prior to the merger, Derek works with customers and channel partners in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and in Africa. Outside of work, Derek races in the RGB championship with the 750 motor club.	Cesar Dominguez – TSM (EMEA) Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands A former Capella University faculty, Cesar has been a seasoned pro in IT for 12 years. Originally from Venezuela, Cesar enjoys the beach when he’s not busy running after his 18-month old toddler.
Sahar Javadi – Sr. Product Mktg Mgr (PM) Location: Washington, DC A former user of Bb in B-School, Sahar now focuses on the Vista and CE products and how clients interact with them. A shutterbug by nature, Sahar loves photography. Her last trip was to Brazil where actually she got engaged (and yes, took tons of photos).	Danny Thomas – TSM (APAC) Location: Sydney, Australia Formerly a K-12 administrator, Danny has been working in IT for over 10 years. The ultimate gadget guru, you will always catch him with something electronic and shiny. When not checking out the latest toy, he’s learning to play the piano.
